Who needs help with their country’s official language?
In India, English is one of the two official languages (together with Hindi)
about 10% of India’s population speaks English well. And yet, English is an unequivocally important language in that region. English is commonly used in higher education and administration, and some call it the "de facto national language of India". Those who don’t speak it have more limited access to jobs and basic services.

In other regions, the situation may be even more dire. In Angola and Mozambique, Portuguese is the only official language
half of the population in Mozambique and 40% of the population in Angola don’t actually speak Portuguese. And indeed, Portuguese is the second most popular language in the two countries: 21% of users in Mozambique and 12% of users in Angola are learning Portuguese.
राजभाषा, किसी राज्य या देश की घोषित भाषा होती है जो कि सभी राजकीय प्रायोजनों में प्रयोग होती है। उदाहरणतः भारत की राजभाषा हिन्दी है।
